Agricultural Conservation Planning Framework (ACPF) – IL Cohort Meeting

The IL ACPF Cohort brings together practitioners from several organizations and agencies who are currently using or who are interested in using the Agricultural Conservation Planning Framework (ACPF) to advance watershed-based outreach and conservation efforts in Illinois. The ACPF uses high-resolution geospatial data to identify potential locations where conservation practices such as wetlands, saturated buffers, grassed waterways, and others can be implemented to reduce nutrient losses and improve water quality. The IL ACPF Cohort meets regularly to grow application of these planning tools in key watersheds, to support peer learning, and to provide troubleshooting opportunities.
