Grow More Training

The Grow More Training was developed by the agriculture outreach team at the National Wildlife Fund to help conservation professionals bridge the gap between information and action. If you feel like the same people come to every field day, or you’re struggling to reach producers who aren’t already engaged, this training is designed for you.
Traditional outreach often reaches innovators, but many producers fall into the “middle adopter” group and are less comfortable changing long-standing practices. This hands-on workshop focuses on behavior-based outreach strategies that help you:

• Attract new audiences
• Improve event planning and messaging
• Increase adoption of conservation practices
• Evaluate outreach effectiveness
• Strengthen engagement beyond the usual attendees

The training includes interactive activities, communication strategies, and practical tools you can immediately apply in your district programs.
