Agronomic Services Coordinator

The Agronomic Services Coordinator will work on behalf of Illinois soybean farmers to develop and implement agricultural research and outreach programs and coordinate farmer participation and partnership agreements. They will support field efforts, including data collection, organization, and farmer participation, within the scope of the Agronomy Team’s goals, while also implementing mission-driven objectives.

Regional Technical Agronomist

The Regional Technical Agronomist will work on behalf of Illinois soybean farmers by implementing mission-driven research and educational objectives on behalf of the Agronomy Team, with a special emphasis on conservation in agricultural systems. They will support outreach efforts and help communicate both in-field and edge-of-field research and validation studies to farming, industry, and other stakeholder audiences. They will complement and extend conservation program efforts, focusing on Climate-Smart practice adoption. The Regional Technical Agronomist will raise awareness and drive the adoption of best management practices and continuous improvement for conservation agriculture in Illinois. This position will also assist with agronomic technical assistance, field scouting, and data collection processes.
