Successful Phosphorus Management Workshop

According to the Illinois Science Assessment and the Nutrient Loss Reduction Strategy, Macoupin Creek is listed as one of the highest non-point source Phosphorus (P) loading watersheds in the state!

The Upper Macoupin Creek Watershed Partnership is providing successful research and information for farmers and their advisers who can adopt practices that will help reduce the amount of Phosphorus being lost.

Learn how to best utilize soil test results and how you can implement successful practices, like strip-till, from others who have already perfected these phosphorus reduction techniques.
