Illinois Cover Crop On-Farm Network – Cover Crop Cocktails

To wrap up ICCON’s summer series, Cover Crop Cocktails, the fourth session will feature Tyson Seirer from Star Seed Inc. Tyson will speak on cover crop mixes that are beneficial for wildlife and wildlife habitat.

Tyson Seirer helps growers access the variety of seed resources at Star Seed Inc., including cover crops, wetland mixes, and wildlife and food plots. He has previous experience as a farm bill biologist with Pheasants Forever, where he evaluated private lands and cropping systems to help growers improve habitat for wildlife.
