DESCRIPTION:David Dedert farms with his father\, Dean\, raising corn\, soybeans\, wheat\, cattle and sheep near Quincy\, Illinois. The farm has undergone a variety of transitions over time\, from raising beef cattle to hogs – and now\, solely growing row crops. The Dederts work alongside landowner Aleen Mittelberg and farm manager Mike Rice as they transition the land toward regenerative management using no-till and cover crops. Come join a lively discussion with David and Mike about their use of regenerative practices at Twin Mill Farm.
